Shipping

We have grumpy elves delivering our packages all over the world (excluding Somalia and Syria at the moment). All orders are packed and shipped from our home base, Montréal, with Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia. We handle your order with absolute care and ensure the products are well packed and presented to ensure that all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace the order! Please kindly note, we will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

Studio pickup is available from my ceramic studio in Montréal! Please dm/email us beforehand to arrange a suitable time to collect your pieces.
 

Canada and US Shipping

​All shipments within Canada and the US are tracked, and shipped with Canada Post and USPS. Shipment usually arrives within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

Tracked shipping is available to 40 countries around the world! Please bear in mind, that you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.
